The problem
Timber traders measure standing trees by eye and calculate volume by hand. Logs Calculator Pro measures height in AR and applies the quarter-girth formula exactly.
What I built
- Tashkesh, an ARCore tree-height HUD: anchor the base, anchor the crown, read the height off a live projection line.
- A live trunk visualiser that thickens with girth.
- The volume formula V = ⌊G² × (H/2) / 2304 × 100⌋ / 100, with G in inches and H in feet.
How it works
- ARCore and Sceneview for anchors and the projection line, with a mid-air depth fallback.
- Google Play Billing with delayed consumption.
- Offline Room storage synced to Firestore, and PDF export through scoped storage.
